Perhaps I should have clarified that.

Looking back at the SAQ reports for the October 2008 paper, it was set in February 2008, as was the April 2008 paper.  It takes a bit of effort to write the questions, and they will usually be done well before the meeting (though some people will leave it until the last minute, as in all walks of life!)  However, read on in the report and they do point out that the questions can be changed at a later stage...

Look back through previous posts on EI to before the April/June exam last year, and compare with what actually came up as well...

Above all, be aware of what is going on out there...read more in subsequent posts.</description>

		<description>Whilst those articles are fair game for future exams particularly the autumn sitting I would be interested in your view on how up to date with recent literature we should be for the April exam. The exam will have been written in advance. Last years April exam was finalised in February whilst for the October exam we are not told a date.

I consider anything up to Feb 09 fair game but do not think they will be including anything after that in the upcoming exam.
